Reckless Entanglement freestyle

Reckless entanglement

Necessary for survival

Bursting and flowering forth

From irrelevant cranium

My flawed dome

Producing seratonin

And oxytocin

Don't hate the addict

Hate the disease

Always trudging forth

Into new, unexplored horizons

Spiraling outward

And always working on self

Fixated on the id

The subconscious I want to upload

To a remote facility

Maybe some of these thoughts

Should be put up on a shelf

But until then

Be my friend

Stand by me

Someday it will happen

I'll sleep eternally

There's nothing here for me

Bleed some more poetry out

Bleed it at a slow drip

Bleed those emotions into the writing they want

Take that pill, take that trip

With me

Ran into Johnny Law the other night

Turns out I need a bike light

Let me go nonetheless

But it was still a lot of stress
